"Hybrid" Battery

You make "hybrid" tools, how about a hybrid battery? You make a 18v power inverter to take 18VDC to 120VAC. What if you made a "battery" case that you could plug an electric cord into that would convert the 120vac to 18v battery. Imagine you only have 2 batteries, both dead and charging but you want to use a "non hybrid" tool .... you plug in your "adapter" battery and plug your ac power cord into that.
