"Wanna get away" scenario:
A friend visits an old patient in the hospital. She brings the patient some homemade soup. The patient eats 3 bowls full. The guest (her friend) notices her water jug is empty and offers to fill it for her. The patient responds "oh there's no need to do that. I'm about to be taken away to get scans and blood work done and the nurses kept me on a 12 hour n'o wate'r fast...
