How about the passengers who "check" their luggage get to board the plane 1st...If they have no carry-on then they automatically have priority check-in (A Boarding spot)....I think you could save a lot of time with the boarding process and ultimately have more people utilize the underbelly...it would be interesting to see a few trial flights try it for awhile to see if there are any significant changes in getting people in and off the plane
How about the passengers who "check" their luggage and have no carry-on, get to leave the plane first when it lands. This would help to create more room for the passengers that need to get into the overhead storage. I think it would make it much faster for everyone getting off the plane.
