The patented cool body fan runs off of a battery worn on the user's belt that runs a hi powered fan blowing down from the top of a lightweight adjustable hat, the user receives cooling air on there face & head along with a flexible
vent coming down the back of the hat that fills the inside of the user's shirt with cooling airflow.
