Is there anyway to make a CrossFit shoe that's better for running? I was thinking some sort of "slide-in" sole insert to make the minimal running shoe more flat and stable when lifting. It could almost be like those old "soaps" free walking shoes but they just snap in or slide in real fast so when you're doing a WOD you can interchange them really fast.
