Passenger Window Blinds.

EasyJet Other Idea

Submitted 6 years ago

on a recent flight gva .lgw ,flight encountered some turbulence during this my head hit the piece of plastic on window blind which juts out at rightangles from blind.
this piece of plastic which is clearly for lifting ,closing blind seemsto be very poorly designed. it sits for an adult at temple height when open ! I feel it would be much more comfortable for the shutters to have rescessed discs instead of sharp protrusions, from a safety point of view I cannot see how these blinds have been installed.if heaven helpin the event of an accident surely if your head hit a flat piece of plastic would be immesureably safer.
