Call Forward

So as we know most people use their cell phones as home phones as well. One thing that I think would be a great idea is a call transfer/forward capability for cell phones. So let's say that my wife and I are in the house or even apart running arands and someone calls my wife to talk (family member), while they are talking this said family member wants to speak to me as well about something or has a question that maybe only I know the answer to. My wife could hit a call transfer button and select my number from her contacts list and transfer the call directly to me rather than having to hang up and text me and tell me someone wants to ask me something. The call could be received by me and u could in turn transfer/forward the call back so she could finish her conversation. I think this would be a great idea and make communication as a whole better.
