data saving window on User Interface would enable
to collect their important apps one place for which they want internet access simply by drag and drop for adding or removing apps.
to utilize internet data access optimally, according to the real demand of user.
to make optimal use of CPU speed for prioritized apps only.
to make people get rid of manually closing data for different apps as drog and drop is very easy to do the same.
in short, smooth and optimal use of internet services and CPU speed would make phone more valuable to deliver best experience.
