Throwing the idea rather then my rubbish out there having McDonald's bags printed on written reg plate numbers as I'm sick of rubbish blowing around our roads and may be this could help drivers get fined and clear our towns and roads up at least minimise it as walk ins wouldn't but you would hope there rubbish is dropped in the bin
