Going Green With The Sauce

I love what you do to make us ?
You know you bring smiles to about 69 million people (customers) worldwide out of which 1 million (about 2K orders per day * 500 outlets) are from India.
With each order for India 2.5 packets of sauce are given at an average, that is a whooping 2.5 million packets every day, 75 million in a month, 9 billion in a year!
These sauce packets are made of non-recyclable plastic which means they are not biodegradable and harm the environment.
Going green with the sauce: One idea I could think about, I am sure you can build up & go beyond this:
Simple + eco + business friendly:
For dine-in - Keep large self-serve sauce dispensers with small sauce plates made of biodegradable material and charge customers a small sum for this.
For Online deliveries - Give customers a choice - I want the sauce, I do not want the sauce
