Commerical Idea With Tattoo Body

A friend will tattoo his whole body with mcdonalds menus in whole languages all over his body , the idea is to flight to each country and make it specifically with concept of the same land . something like : " mafia in italy steals the the "menu man" , and after a small conflict they see the menu, at the end they eat together in mcdonalds . and more ideas I will like to share :)
