Chicken Mince Burgers And Breakfast Sausage

Have an alternative burger for those who cannot eat beef, replace the beef mince with chicken mince (not breast; easier to eat) in the burgers and replace the beef sausage meat with chicken sausage meat. Also, have an alternative to bacon, replace the bacon with Turkey. That way you could have a chicken sausage and Turkey breakfast muffin. Or Big Mac with chicken mince and add a slice of Turkey if wanted
