Advertising Times For Menu Items

My boyfriend and I visited a drive thru Mc Donald's yesterday at around 350 am and wanted to order ( 2 ) double quarter pounder meals. We were told they were out of burgers and only had the nuggets or spicy chicken sandwich option due to them getting ready for breakfast menu. Apparently this isn't the first time this his has happened to him as he's stopped before on his wy to work to gran lunch but again has been told he doesn't have the burger meals options. I don't see anything posted about the hours certain items are served. It would be a great idea to have some knowledge of this so if this is the case people like ourselves don't waist their time going through the drive thru to just be told we can't order certain items. I understand sometimes they might be out of a particular item but to be out of all meat burger items is very different.
