Take those fried mozzarella sticks off the menu they are beneath us like cheap fair food, you could replace them with bacon ranch cheese fries or bacon BBQ cheese fries. Pizza Hut should have a birthday club where you get a free personal pan pizza on your birthday. Make any size cheese pizza for $5, except for stuff crust obviously. Put a kiosk instead of CSR in all non dine in pizza huts. Have AI answer and take all call in orders. Have headsets and tablets where we can take orders without having to run to the phone by the third ring. By time I stop what I'm doing , wash my hands and get to the phone area its too late, now i have wasted time for nothing. On the register you should be able to add an item without having to make ten moves to add an item and get back to pay screen.
