It would be a good idea for WestJet customer service representatives at the airport to remind customers to please sit in the seat they are assigned to on their tickets. By the time I boarded my 2:55PM flight from LaGuardia to Pearson on Thursday August 27, someone was sitting in my seat and made no attempt to give it up, instead told me her seat number a few rows behind and told me to go sit there. I know WestJet cannot teach people manners, but could attempt it with a gentle reminder.
