I am proposing a one on one personalized weight loss and life style program that teaches the' Wegmans customer how to read labels and make healthier choices while they shop or on line.
This is a personalized food plan that is customized to your customers. It is designed to teach them how to shop for foods that incorporate a healthy lifestyle that will take the stubborn weight off for life. As well as making healthy choices for their family.
There is a misconception that eating healthy is time consuming and expensive. I will show the customer how easy it is to shop and make the foods you love and keep the weight off for life. As well as staying healthy!
When I first developed my food guide, I was psychotherapist for ten years. I had my last child at 43 and had a hard time making healthy food choices. It was then I wrote snd self published my food guide and sold it yo Whole Food Markets. I did book signings for them, and it was one of their best sellers.!
I think this would be a great service to the Wegman customer that want to eat healthy but does not know what to look for in the ingredients. My lifestyle plan has been a great avenue for people who are trying to eat healthy or lose weight!
