I think curb side pickup should be an option when calling in for picking up not customer service. Like making two phone calls for those on the go. Some times the person is picking up for someone else.

Bags should should have a special mark on it for perishables.

And bags should have handles on them for easy carrying into the house or apartment. You sell wegman bags with handles for easy travel. Trader Joe's and Target gives you bags with handles.

These ideas are what will make the difference between wegmans and its competitors or do you want to offer the same service.
