I was also thinking about something along these lines. I think it may be easier for customers if associates had different colored vests depending on the department they work in, or their specific job title, or if not this then maybe for each level of management. It'd also be easier on associates trying to locate another specific associate. For example, fresh associates have green vests, pick up has orange, or say regular associates all have blue while department managers have red, assistants have black or what not.
