THINK Wal -Mart "Smart Spark"

When participating in job orientation at Wal- Mart 1694 store orientation last month, new employees were asked to write down what "My Spark" means to the individual that could be passed to others in customer service. I wrote an acronym to the "My Spark symbol displayed on the back of the Wal-Mart vest.
Wal-Mart "THINK" Spark Smart: truth, hope, inspiring, neighborly, and kind.
