Walmart Customer Service Improvement Idea

I am aware that schedules are generated by the computer. I suggest that each store has one person dedicated to going in and making sure each department has enough personnel to run smoothly. Some days we barely have enough people scheduled and are having to constantly get other departments to cover making that department short staffed.
