Small Town Walmart

I dont know who to submit this idea to so if i found the wrong place please forward it.
I live in a small town of Sedan, MN the closest Walmart is about 30 miles away. Walmart should start building small town Walmarts where it would carry most the food items and about 50% of the non grocery items.
my reasoning for this is not to put the small guy out of business but make it to where items are not so over priced for the small town people. Right now to but in our town we pay 25% to 100% more then at the closest Walmart. Being disabled and living on 1000 a month it would be nice to not have to drive 30 miles to get good prices on household needs.
