Research has shown that the sweet potato is one of the world's most nutritious and sustainable foods. This morning as I went to mix my raw breakfast salad yes breakfast salad this exciting idea leaped into my mind. Or should I say my grater. The carrots were already shredded and the sweet potato was shredded and added to the salad. Now my carrots have a delicious addition. This is the idea the shredded bag mix.
