Shopping carts and baskets should not be on entry only. But throughout the store.

In neatly separate easy to see areas throughout the department store proper.

Customers knowing they need a cart will take one at entry. What the shopping carts throughout the departments would do is to make additional sells. People thought they planned to spend$5.00 dollars are spending 100% additionally. Is's a No-brainer. Duh. Today I was in Walmart just to buy 2 fl oz of light blue acrylic paint. Before I got to the paint. My hands were full of unexpected purchases. I had to leave items I could have purchased had it been a bit more convenient.
