Saving The Company Money While Helping The Environment

I have an idea about shipping carts. I know currently stores lose over a million dollars in shopping cart repairs and theft.... I was thinking what if you made them foldable out of plastic or metal, also what if you made them up for sale., Nothing expensive like over $25 because I would like the homeless to be able to afford it. That's why I suggest an environmentally friendly material. Also for the ones in store I suggest having a machine that gives you a ticket that matches the cats number so you can't get a cart but your cart can't leave with you unless purchased. Rough idea like mini renting it for a $1 or less. I hope this helps approve.
