Walmart Customer Service Improvement Idea

I think i would make sense to put the carts closer to the handicap parking. The customer currently walks into the store to get cart. Then if they ride the cart to their car it (cart) is left outside or they ride it back in and then walk back to tbeir car. This seems redundant to me. Yes this would require some plug - ins
