A kitchen utensil with a hand piece like tongs and the top is a half moon shape that can fully cover a full size tortilla folded in half. It makes it easy to flip your quesadilla without loosing the filling. It is also very good with omelets. I have a utility patent and a prototype. I use it when friends are over and they always ask about it.
I think it has good marketability for use in homes or commercial use in restaurants. It is not big and bulky. It can be stored in a drawer or on the counter with other utensils. So there is no having to "pull" it out to use it.
