Produce Scanner

Walmart has pushed the idea to scan the barcodes on Produce. Some produce doesn't come with barcodes to scan ( jalapeños and Serrano) to name a few. I was thinking that if you put in a new system that works like pick lists . When you touch a produce items picture there is a barcode that comes on the screen. You can the barcode and place the item on the scale and there you have it. I figured it'll be cheaper because the way the register quickly adjusted the age of alcohol and tobacco law this would be just like an update causing for employees as cashier to have no choice but to scan the barcode and percentages will rise.
