Making Employees Feel Cared For

It would be nice if each manager was able to have a drawing for Walmart gift card each month. Individual entered into the drawing would be people with good attendance and no reprimands. Employees that feel better are ones that make customers feel better during shopping experience.

My Walmart does an excellent job of being friendly, professional and helpful.
