Walmart Service Improvement Idea

What if Walmart could use a weight/scale device which displays 0 and placed where the shopper can see it when all items are cleared from the bagging areas spiraling rack and placed in shopping carts but will alarm when items are left behind to alert shopper's before leaving the store 😀
