Floating Center Hub Caps

My idea is based off a pre-existing patent on the market. The patent is known as the (BMW Floating / Spinning Center Hub cap). Sadly only BMW, Cadillacs and some other high end cars are the only advocates of the Center Caps. I propose with your backing to acquire the licencing needed from BMW. Whom I consider to be the originators of this product. Then with their permission to make these same ( Center Hubs) with the initials of the owners of all wishing to personalize their vehicles. What this entails is, for example take my name Robert Gibson. The Center Caps would Be 2 (R)'s that is right and left on the front two wheels and 2 (G)"s right and left on the rear two wheels. These letters would be motionless as the vehicle is in motion, add to that the letters would be affixed with a glow light for greater transparency. The cheaper models with be affixed with flourescent letters. People today are somewhat vain, many wish to advertise their possessions as well as their autos as being their unique property. My hopes are that you (Walmart) could be the catalist to getting this product out there, and you remebering where you got the idea. Thereby including me in a reasonable share of whatever profits may be forth coming. I have some other ideas for this product, but I wait to see what you think, so far?
