An idea and also a marketing strategy would be to improve the candy containers to sophisticated candy dispensers. A dispenser would be sold either per unit or per ounces. It would also decrease shrink due to the container being closed off. Unlike opened containers now. They can be marketed by season and merchandise would be based off the highest sales of candy products.
