In the 70's they rarely saved with cars. This idea fits in with today's environment. A container sits under a windscreen or on the bonnet or on the roof whichever. For cars trucks buses trains etc. The rain fills up the larger washer fluid bottle and you'll never have to worry having a dry window again. It would have a filter to keep incoming water clean from outside contamination. It may even have auto soap injection with measured shots.Abs plastic some tubing and sensors etc. This is not rocket science but will make motoring interesting and future generations may go beyond this type of thinking in different areas of engineering.
