Idea/Air tel/Bsnl/or any service provider has to develop tracking devices similar to the device (TRACKR) newly launched in California for finding stolen things.TRACKR is a small device in the coin size or more which tells the position of the stolen device .Because GPS is very costly any service provider can start production of this TRACKR system.Every TRACKR will be having its tracking number in their network similar to mobile no.
The TRACKR only receives the signal from the corresponding provider .The app
installed in the Smart phone tells the position of the TRACKR DEVICE.
First Provider has to be get registered to TRAI for getting TRACKR numbers like mobile numbers IN 2,3 OR 4 SERIES.In INDIA also this product should be available from various providers.Because Many old cars are not having GPS this product can find position of stolen car or any other product.Especially if this TRACKR kept in the suitcase,in Railwaystations one could not fear about their bags to be stolen.
