"My Time" - Not Being Disturbed By Phone Any Time.

Hi there,
I find myself many times within the situation of not wanting to be called, except for emergencies. Blacklist or blocking certain numbers doesn't work for me, since any number can actually call me with an emergency. It would be great if my phone company could block any calls when I have activated my "My Time" option (which does not exist but I am currently explaining). The person who calls me should receive the robot voice saying: "this user has "My Time"activated at the moment (meaning, I do not want to be disturbed)" and then something like "If this is an emergency call though, please hang off and call again within the next minute". This solution (option) would really help me to have a more respected time and at the same time not missing important calls. My particular situation is that I work in shifts, and after a night shift I do not want to be called for "no emergency" reasons since I sleep during the day (I currently have my phone on silent - but then again I miss sometimes important calls). Then again, as I said, I wouldn't want to miss important calls. "My time", or whatever someone would like to call it, would be great for me, and any other people who want not to be disturbed sometimes for a simple "I just called to see how are you..."
