Agents Must Be Able To Communicate!

United Airlines Customer Service Improvement Idea

Submitted 9 years ago

I believe your business would benefit greatly ( as would your customers) from hiring employees who can understand and speak English ( or whatever the local language is.). Obviously you outsource much of your customer service , reservations, etc to the Phillipines or other countries. This is not necessarily bad in itself, but MANY of your employees are not capable of speaking or understanding the language sufficiently to do a competent job. This is a huge problem for United Airlines and your customers! Many , many mistakes are being made, and hours wasted because your agents can't communicate.
