A unique Basketball training product that allows players to train by themselves 100% of the time without needing a partner, trainer, or hoop court. Our One-of-a-kind screw-in technology attaches our Patented basketball to a special screw attached to a bungee cord which helps with dribbling, passing, and shooting and will not allow the ball to get away from the player. When the ball is passed or shot the bungee will allow the ball to be retracted back to the player creating muscle memory through repetition, thus helping to create more reps. Once the player has finished training, simply unscrew the bungee from the ball and traditionally use the ball, it's that easy and effective.
