Due to the invention of flying cars and the threat of floods.Construction will have to be built up.All houses,businesses,ect. will have to be built up 60 to hundreds of feet world wide in the shape of Saturn with the rings connected as a giant plate of circular steel, held up by a great big cylinder pole of steel so the floods never reach and the flying cars can land on the circular steel connected rings-you might give the "Jetsons" a little credit for the idea. Gas stations will be built up.
