Most people complain about not being able to get an engineer visit promptly.Once a customer complains, they are looking for immediate answers via a real person calling to their door, but not charging extortionate prices.I am an ex b.t. post office openreach engineer and I am currently running a business via call out fees.Desperate customers are seeking local engineers to oversee their problems, and resolve the situation quickly.Why wait engineer in pembrokeshire covering whole area for very reasonable fees.Talk Talk need to employ or use local engineers to give their customers first class service at very affordable prices
