Bike Like A Car

Hi
I am resident of Karachi Pakistan, where we have to face big trouble of traffic and best ride here is motorcycle but unfortunately I am not able to ride bike due to not an ability to control 2 wheel bike
and also I have no source to afford a car 4 wheel ride, so I got an idea for me and many others like me who can not ride a bike and not afford a car in big cities like a karachi.
So my idea is that
if SUZUKI introduce a bike like a car in standing without adjusting the 2 wheel balance by human, I mean that 2 wheels bike can handle balance itself by following techniques
1. wheels should be more flatter that can handle balance itself so it runs like a car but with 2 wheels.
Heavy bike has flatter tires but it has more weight therefore flatter tires not able to handle/control balance itself
so kindly introduce new innovative ride like a bike in 2 wheel ride and like a car in controlling balance itself, Me and many others like me will be able to afford own ride in shape of bike&car.
