Subway has slice pepper jack cheese, slice American cheese, slice provolone cheese, slice Swiss cheese, shredded mozzarella and ONLY "shredded Colby jack cheese." Why not SLICE MILD OR SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE as well ???
