Speed Limits

I am thinking that it would be great if Subaru's eyesight techno could pick up on speed sign changes - inc road works etc - and automatically make the change to cruise control - or at the very least BEEP BEEP to register that there has been a speed change. I am pretty sure that the technology is available - ie if the 2019 Forester can tell if you are dozing off - it should be able to recognise speed sign changes.
