My 2019 Outback Touring has sleek, streamlined, steel roof racks. The 2020 and 2021 Touring models have gone to the clunky, black, plastic material that looks awful and fades. Touring models don't need to look like a hiking boot. Volvo, Audi and other makes have attractive, sleek roof racks. Touring models should look nicer than the other models.
