I just bought a 2017 Subaru Outback. I have been getting experience using the backup camera and have a suggestion. Allowing the Camera to be turned on other than being in "R". For example, when I pull into a parking spot I use the camera to make sure I am lined up correctly. Currently, I have to put the car in reverse to see the parking spot lines and whether I am lined up. A button on the gear shifter or maybe turning the camera on after putting in park for 10 sec.
I would like a better navigation system. I have a 2016 and i find out very difficult to use. If you don't have the address it is difficult to find certain places. Such as when traveling and you want a specific restaurant. It doesn't have a search by name feature. Plus you can't update it. When there is so much construction it takes you in circles instead of alternate routes.
