Growing up in the 90's, my brother and I would visit out grandmother at her farm near Waco. One of our favorite traditions was to make Big Red and strawberry ice cream by hand. I had forgotten the taste until I ordered Big Red with strawberries on the Sonic App. It was great but was missing the creamy flavor of ice cream. So I present to you an idea and marketing campaign, What's your mode?.
The idea is to be able to add a scoop of ice cream to any drink item. Yes, this is a typical ice cream float but think of the possibilities as you start to pair it with a slush and or mix-ins. Since you you already had the Oreo and now cookie bites a la mode, this shouldn't be a big stretch.
As far as marketing, you could pose the question to everyday people, What's your mode?. For instance, a wood worker could say building tables or a tennis player could say winning the Wimbledon Cup. Then, the last frame pans over to a sonic employee being asked the questions and responding with "Here at Sonic, We are a la mode". Finally you have a close up of a Sonic meal with a float and where to finish it on the Sonic App.
