Skype Based Services "customer - Customer" And Payment System

Hello Skype team,

our idea is very simple and we would like to suggest you open a new Skype service for business.
Of course, this is not new idea in general, but we believe it should be effective for Skype business as well useful for wide range of Skype customers. And for us also, indeed :)

Let me show this on practical example. We start project DisCon SkySer (Distance Consulting on Skype based Service). Essence of DisCon SkySer is to bring customers some services directly to their home, without direct participation of service provider.

For instance, in one or another pet issue, in over than 30% cases is not necessary to be transported to the veterinary clinic or call a vet doctor home. Often problematic pet's (and many other!) questions could be solved only with visual consulting, e.g. by Skype. Therefore, also would be avoiding stress for a pet as well its owner, saved time and money.

Yes, about money - how to pay for such a distance/Skype consultancy service? There are few possibilities of instant payments in real time now, e.g. using SMS bank payment, phone apps etc. However, it is not convenient (especially if "service" and "client" are in different countries), and client need to switch from Skype to another system (call operator), also money transfer is quite costly due to a "long and complicated way".

But, why not to use such a principles in Skype system and make those transactions much more easy, effective, cheaper and beneficial (win win) for all participating parts, eliminating many unnecessary intermediaries?

The new Skype call function with payment service between its customers and for Skype based activities would be revolutionary solution!
Such a new system could be started easy, fast and just with small changes, using already existing Skype tools, e.g. as following.

Under above mentioned practical example project owner (in this case - officially registered entity "Polygon of Innovations", IP) applies to Skype for registering particular phone number as a "Skype payable", (+37065515556), with the additional fee for 1 minute, e.g. 1 $. At the same time typical online form (agreement) should be signed/confirmed for keeping rules (providing of ethical/legal business, tax payment, money transfer conditions, terms etc).

Every Skype user, calling to this number will be fixed as instantaneous transaction with Skype Credit for 1$. From this amount under the agreement between Skype and IP, the relevant percentage (e.g. 20) would be for Skype, the other part - for IP.

Is important to stress, that such a system and call/financial transactions should be adapted only for Skype based activities.

Here was mentioned just general principles of the idea, details could be added or corrected under Skype plans and vision. Anyway, such model could work succesfully, and I believe that new Skype service would attract wide business audience in different countries and make additional profit to them both Skype.
