Hello:
We have a U.S. Patent (U.S. Patent No.: 8,156,575) that we believe would revolutionize the helmet industry. We are interested in selling our idea and/or leasing it to Schwinn. We feel that this idea if placed on the shelf would offer consumers a choice between existing helmet technologies and one that gives the consumer an additional safety feature. We feel that consumers would easily choose the latter choice and would therefore become the standard in this industry.
