18v Window Warmer Defroster / Defogger / Dew Removal

I would like to have a way to warm/remove dew and frost from my suv windows in the morning. My car takes a while to warm up while driving and its bad to let it idle especially because my driveway is a steep slope. A small 18v heat gun like device would be great, if it could blow air at 150 degrees Farenheit at variable speeds I think that would help with both ice and dew. This way I don't need to drive for 5 minutes unsafely before I can see anything.
