Regarding the system that is used and extremely detailed on customers transactions. I understand why this is used and why it is needed in today's day and age. On the other hand since the system is so detailed on what is purchased, how much money paid etc. It should be used on the customers that try to take back items without a receipt when they have spent 20.00 dollars in your store. I was blocked for 3 transactions totalling 41.00 dollars without a receipt. Based on the thousands dollars I spend feel should not be blocked. It is embarrassing. It is a great bonus to aid in loss prevention. Make sure to use it on the customers that really it is intended to be used for. If someone spends 6000 a year, and returns 5 items without a receipt for 65.00 dollars should they be blocked? Your computer would say yes,as a manager and a good business man definitely no. Plus without a receipt, the consumer gets store credit. Ross is out absolutely nothing. Just a suggestion on the non receipt returns.
