Reebok Q&A (Questions & Answers) 3M Freezeout (work Boot)

A hybrid work boot utilizing the design of booth, the Reebok Question (RQ), and the Reebok Answer IV (RAIV) with 3M technology.

The base design of the shoe is the RQ.
The outsole should be black shaped like the RAIV with 2 times the thickness and work approved slip resistance technology for indoor workers. Or the out sole should be bubble gum shaped like RAIV with 2 times the thickness with boot like grooves for outdoors workers The reebok logo is replaced by the 3M logo, the I3 logo in the bridge support/shank is replaced with an infinity symbol with the letter, I, going horizontally thru creating mirror image 3s. The shank itself should be black or orange carbon fiber. Only the strong survive remains as is. The Iverson face logo is replaced by a hologram of Iversons jack the bulldog tatto. The DMX logo remains. Iversons 3 in red on the left out sole heel and the red M in the right.
The mid sole is the RQ design. The hexsalite airbag should match in color to the out sole while the accent is 3M Reflective. No hexalite technology has to be present, as a thick durable well cushioned hard work approved DMX in sole should make up for the lack there of.
The base should be black leather(to match black out sole) or wheat nubuck/suede
(to match bubble gum out sole). Base accent is black or suede/nubuck with no logo. Base detail is 3M reflective.
The toe should be steel toed. The toe fabric overlay should be black leather, wheat suede/nubuck, or 3M reflective.
The heel should be black or wheat suede/ nubuck with no logo. wheat and heel accent should be black leather, wheat suede/nubuck, or 3m reflective
The shoes lacing system should be that of the RAIV. In either black leather or wheat suede/nubuck. The eyelets should be 3M reflective. zipper should be black, steel or bronze colored. Shoe strings 3m reflective.
The shoe lining should be made with 3M Thinsulate technology for freezer/ cold workers. The tongue should be sown in place to limit air flow and to maintain foot warmth. Hence the Freez-out moniker. Shoe lining could also remain normal for normal indoor/ outdoor
workers. The logo part of the tongue should be 3M reflective and display. The lining in the toe should have extra cushion to protect toes from steel toe cap

If my Idea is used I would like a few shares of the company, a contract to create more shoes, to be a model and spokesperson for Reebok. To explain the shoe design we should use my story, as I have advertisement ideas as well

The freezer/winter design is called the freezeout should sell for about 200 dollars or more. The out door design is called the wild out and the indoor design shoe is called money bags and should sell for about 175 dollars or more.
