When I showed the Reader's Digest in a 1999 (I believe) magazine to a friend, his idea that female circumcision was the equivalent to male circumcision and a joke changed to horror. Given that ISIS is now actively pursuing Female Circumcision as one of their abuses in the name of ISLAM, I think that it would be time to republish this article along with information on how it is being practiced in the areas they conquered. I would hope that publishing this inforamtion might dissuade impressionable females from joining ISIS.
